Basil Mozzarella and Tomato Pizza
4 oz package Italian Bread shells about 6 inches in diameter. (Like Boboli)
2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
1/8 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 Plum Tomato, finely sliced
½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp Pitted and sliced ripe olives
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place the 4 oz Italian bread shell on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Arrange plum tomato slices over bread, sprinkle
with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Top with fresh basil, sliced olives and
black pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown with all cheese melted.
One can substitute the Italian bread with a 6 inch Pizza shell.
