Choosing where to stay can be a difficult task. We are doing what we can to help make your decision easier by bringing you information about each "arrondissement," or district. We will, over time, have full lists and deep links to the sights and important landmarks of each district, helping you to choose where you most want to stay.

Of course if you are looking for a place steeped in luxury or just a clean discount hotel where you can sleep cheap and take a shower, we point those out too.

Our list of apartments is fantastic, with choices for nightly or long-term rentals, private residences or "aparthotels." Some of the apartments we offer are real bargains, much less expensive than equivalent hotels with the added convenience of a kitchen.

While most Paris hotel lists are organized by star ratings, we have decided to organize alphabetically within each arrondissement. We encourage you to let us know if you have stayed in a particular hotel or apartment; let us know if you liked it, let us know if you didn't, and let us know why.
