There is a terrace restaurant open during the season, and with only 12 guestrooms, the service is personal and friendly. All rooms have ensuite facilities with either tub or shower, some have air conditioning and some have balconies. All have television, direct-dial telephone, and are soundproofed. 	La Résidence** (Antibes) This 40-guestroom hotel in the center of Juan le Pins is near the beach and the railroad station, and has a bar on site. 	Tropico** (Antibes) This small hotel is located just 100 yards from the beach, but it's extremely reasonably priced. There are only 19 rooms and suites, most having private en suite baths, although four guestrooms have shared facilities.
